MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The meeting was called to order at 1837 by the
president, N3ETA
Roll Call
Present
N3ETA, W6PXD, W7HUT, K6RAU*, WD6CAX*, WA6EFT,
K6FSB, WA6GJI, W0QNI, KG6UCW, KC6UUO
Absent
KF6EW, AA6MI
9 of 13 directors being present, a quorum was
declared*
* arrived late - did not impact either the quorum or
voting on motions.
W7HUT read the minutes from the previous meeting.
Two changes were suggested - that K6FSB's call was
incorrectly listed and that KG6UCW's motion applied
only to keeping the annual picnic charge at
$10. W7HUT moved that the minutes be accepted as
ammended, W0QNI seconded. The vote was unanimous to
accept.
W0QNI requested that member awards be noted in the
newsletter - K6FSB agreed. No motion required.
WD6CAX and K6RAU joined the meeting in progress,
raising total present to 11.
KC6UUO made a motion to return the calls of all
lifetime members to the beginning of the roll
call, followed by officers & directors who are
not life members, and then regular members.
K6FSB seconded. There were 6 votes for, 5
against, the motion carried.
K6FSB moved to place the question of the
alphabetical order of roll call
and whether to query the membership on the next
meeting agenda. W0QNI seconded. No objections,
the motion passed unanimously.
W0QNI moved that the meeting be adjourned. W7HUT
seconded. There being no objections, N3ETA
declared the meeting ended at 1928.
